Terms & Conditions
Booking
To make a booking in the first instance please contact us either by telephone or the Contact Form on this web site to enquire if we have availability for your chosen dates. Once we have confirmed we can accommodate your pet(s), you will need to complete a registration form (Please see link on Contact Page).
In line with Data Protection, your personal information on the Registration Form will only be used to deliver the services you have requested. The Paper Copy of the Registration Form is stored in a locked file. We will not make your personal details available to anyone outside our organisation, unless we are seeking veterinary assistance for your pet.
Payment is to be made on arrival by cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as you can should you require any changes to your booking.
We will, wherever possible try to accommodate those changes. However, if you need to cancel your booking please try to give us as much notice as possible so that we can try to re- book the space.
If the cancellation is more than 7 days before due arrival date then there will be no further charge.
Cancellations 7 – 5 days before the due arrival date will result in 50% of the balance due to us.
4 days or less will result in full payment due to us.
If you have to cut short your holiday we cannot refund any of the boarding fees as it would be too short notice to rebook the accommodation.
Dropping off and Collecting your Pet
Dates and times of drop off and collection will be agreed to our mutual convenience.
Any additional night’s stay will be charged at the full rate.
Health
All animals boarded with us should be in good health at time of arrival, and any pre-existing conditions discussed with us, (if your pet shows any signs of illness we reserve the right not to board your pet).
If your pet does become ill during their stay we will make all effort to contact you, and your pet will receive immediate medical attention from our local vet.
Any vets fees incurred whilst your animal is boarding with us will be the owners responsibility and should be paid at the time of collection.
Whilst under our care, your pet will be looked after as if they are one of own, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or death to any animal whilst on our premises. All pets are left entirely at owners risk.
Rabbits must be vaccinated against RVHD, Myxomatosis and RVHD2, and certification confirming this must be sent through by photo or bought with you on arrival to confirm. First time vaccinations must be done 21 days before pets arrival date otherwise not valid.
Unfortunately they will be refused without the vaccinations as we have to think of the welfare of the other guests.

The Lodge Small Animal Hotel is released of all liability for any accident or injury to owners or anyone accompanying them whilst on our premises.
